We remodeled our kitchen recently and Cynthia Torres got us up and running quickly and professionally. Both my fiancé and I had no idea where to begin and our contractor put us in touch with Cynthia. She was patient with us as we met with her a few times to finalize the design; never made us feel rushed. From there we worked with our contractor and our kitchen ended up looking like a designer completed it. We highly recommend Cynthia and The Kitchen Store - very helpful and professional.

Cynthia Torres and the Kitchen Store are just amazing. The store itself is very welcoming and comfortable and has great displays and inspires ideas. We had done a less expensive ADU project with Cynthia and now a few years later have done our main house. Everything on both houses came out beautiful and delivered on time and met our expectations and needs. Our contractor keeps commenting on how what a pleasure she was to work with and how professional she is. Cynthia is the best and knows my taste better than I do. She was great mediating between me and my husband. She has excellent design sense, very professional, very responsive, reliable, and so tolerant of our ever-changing minds. What’s great that she also helps coordinating with products that they will not be selling us like the floors or the countertops. I couldn’t imagine buying the cabinets without seeing how they went with the countertops which they also have at the store. She also did not try to upsell us. If anything we kept asking for other items that we saw in the store that we liked, for example the floating shelves with lights beneath them. I really learned a lesson watching her, about patience and serving others. You will be very happy if you use her and the Kitchen Store for your project.

A big shout out goes to The Kitchen Store and especially to our Kitchen Store consultant Blanca Moran. Blanca was simply amazing to work with on our recent kitchen remodel.The main expertise of The Kitchen Store is cabinets, but Blanca helped with our whole remodel. When we first went to The Kitchen Store, we had a general idea of what we wanted, and Blanca made it all come together. She asked good questions to understand our needs, pointed out to us different options, and was very patient with us as we made our decisions. She is truly knowledgeable about the process, offered opinions on a variety of items but left the final decision to us. She has great insight into what works and what does not work. Not only did she help us in picking out the cabinets, but we ran by her color options for paint, backsplash styles, countertop types, and even cabinet hardware.She was always very responsive, detailed oriented, and just a nice person to work with!We had such a pleasant experience with Blanca and The Kitchen Store that we went back to them (and Blanca) for an additional cabinet that we later had installed in our living room.

We made the right choice to select the Kitchen Store for our kitchen remodeling. Sharron, of the Kitchen Store, came over and took the measurement and helped us select the cabinets. Their support continued as needed beyond the delivery until the remodeling was complete through few unexpected changes. We had no experience in the remodeling but working with Sharron and the Kitchen Store made it easier as they are trustworthy, reliable and patient. I would definitely recommend them for any of their services based on our remodeling.

I have been working with Victoria Torres @ The Kitchen Store for 12 years and 2 remodels and could not be happier with the customer service and the product quality.12 years ago I was doing a full house remodel on a tight budget. I had spent almost 6 months researching and getting quotes, and evaluating both vendors and cost of cabinets. I was finaly ready to buy and had a quote for $18,000 but something told me to check one more place. So I went to The Kitchen store with my quote and my needs where I met Victoria. Within 15 minutes she had improved the price by over $3000, but more importantly, the way she engaged with us made the whole transaction so much better.The guidance through the whole process was outstanding and the result was amazing, my wife was over the moon.In the ensuing 10 years there were minor things that needed attention like soft close hinge replacements and other warranty issues that were handeled quickly and efficently.Two years ago my wife and I, for some reason, decided to buy a home that needed to be completely remodeled (rebuilt) and my contractor demanded I use his custom cabinet guy. Well after firing him, and hiring a new contractor, I called The Kitchen Store and fortunately Victoria was still there.So again my wife and I have placed our kitchen in her hands.Victoria and the Kitchen Store have been absolutely incredible to work with. Thru the supply chain issues and price increases, and the City of LA delays and permitting issues the kitchen was the least of our concern, again handeled with professionalism, and top of the line customer service.Look, how many times do you remodel a kitchen? I will likely never need to purchase an entire kitchen full of cabinets, but you can truly bet on the fact that there is no one I will ever recommend other than The Kitchen store and more specifically Victoria Torres.

After looking at our pre-remodel kitchen layout , Chuck was able to quickly offer a variety of thoughtful recommendations. Chuck is professional, kind, patient, and was a true pleasure to work with on our kitchen remodel project. Chuck definitely reduced the level of mental stress and anxiety that can accompany a kitchen remodel. Chuck made our Kitchen Remodel so much easier. Chuck is a great listener and he provides extremely valuable advice. We continue to be impressed with the great amount of time that he devoted to our project. Several weeks after our remodel had been completed, Chuck even personally delivered (driving an hour plus to do so) our under-sink cabinet rubber liner. Chuck - We are very happy of your design efforts. The results are coming together nicely although the project has been slow due impart to Covid and to the fact that it is only that Vic and I are the only ones working on this project. We will need another cabinet for over the range because we have decided on a range hood that will attach to the bottom of the cabinet. Once again I had the pleasure of sourcing cabinets through The Kitchen Store for my latest design/build project in Playa Del Rey.This time around I worked with Chuck who is a gentleman and savvy designer. Chuck is very conscientious and devoted a good amount of time to assure our configuration was the best it could be. Of course, with high-end, custom jobs, the devil is always in the details; and, we're always faced with unforeseen challenges. In addition, the manufacturers don't always get things right, or stuff gets damaged during shipment, or something extra is needed last minute. In this regard, The Kitchen Store steps up - offering full support and accepting that "everything is urgent."The Kitchen Store is my go-to vendor for all of my high-end cabinetry needs. I appreciate that they are team players and take responsibility when the "mistake" is on them.Thanks, Chuck, for all you did - your guidance is much appreciated. I came to the Kitchen Store to purchase cabinets. I had no idea what I was doing for a Kitchen remodel for a new home. Cynthia explained the different cabinets, countertops and fielded all my novice questions in thorough detail. I purchased the cabinets and the delivery came on time without any hiccups. I didn’t know of any contractors that could install cabinets so Cynthia referred my to Kevin Lynch. Kevin is a very thorough and professional general contractor. He met with me, started demo and finished within 2 months at a reasonable cost while keeping me in the loop with a weekly detailed scope of work. We are now finished with our kitchen remodel and I could not be any happier. I am so thankful I had the pleasure to work with Cynthia and Kevin for our Kitchen remodel. If you are doing any remodeling, I’d highly recommend stoping by the Kitchen Store and asking for Cynthia.

I was recommended to go to the Kitchen Store by my neighbor. He suggested I ask for Chuck. He did not disappoint. He has great design skills. He is extremely patient. I was very undecided for a very long time because there were so many choices. Chuck is very professional and created a contract that showed all the expenses. We bought some beautiful Rustic Hickory cabinets from The Kitchen Store. Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She gave us great advice on how to get through the process of deciding what was best for us. I even called to ask what a couple of the boards were and how to use them. She knew exactly what they were and gave me options on how I could enhance my crown molding using them. I couldn’t be happier.

We were incredibly pleased to work with Ann from The Kitchen store. She designed a beautiful and extremely functional quality kitchen for us, and we couldn’t be happier. From our first meeting, Ann has been fantastic. She is diligent, very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Within hours she had provided us with renderings of what our space could look like, and a meeting or two later, the design was finalized, and the cabinets were ordered. She was very skilled in utilizing the kitchen design software and was flexible regarding design modifications.One of the things that impressed us most was Ann’s ability to understand our desire for a chef’s kitchen and find creative ways to get us that. She came up with some innovative ideas for our smaller sized kitchen like adding a walk-in pantry. She listened to our ideas and helped us find the perfect match for our style and needs. I love her straightforward manner and honest opinions. We really were blown away with the quality of service, her attention to detail and the extraordinary customer service.Her follow through was fantastic and she came to our house multiple times to work with the contractor to make sure the implementation was followed to plan. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for cabinets. You will be so happy with the products and service. She invested a tremendous amount of time working with us over the course of months to make sure all the details of the design were right and she was always available when we had a questions. We love our kitchen, especially the cabinets and it makes cooking and entertaining so enjoyable.

Cynthia Pedigo at The Kitchen Store designed a kitchen remodel for us. Our new kitchen is lighter and brighter, and it looks huge compared to our old kitchen even though it's the same size. With minor changes to the layout it flows so much better. Throughout the entire remodel process she was available to consult on issues and changes that came up, and her quick, creative thinking saved the day time and again. I NEVER knew our kitchen could look so amazing and still fit right in with the rest of the house. Cynthia is a stellar designer. She really listened to what we wanted and was so patient and helpful every step of the way. The Kitchen Store showroom somehow has every style and finish you could imagine to look at, without feeling overcrowded. We are so glad we went there; they broke a huge project into manageable steps for us, and the results are everything we hoped for!

This company will work with you and with your budget.There’s a show room to the left, their offices are open spaces on the right.Free coffee tea and donuts!Jeffery was super helpful, we just needed bits and pieces. A half cabinet for a microwave drawer and a 15 inch cabinet for filler space. We needed granite counter tops and a butcher block for our island. Estimate came out to $3500 for cabinets and island top.He even showed us a potential island top kept in the back but it was unfortunately cracked, would have been half the price.Quality work with a turnover rate of 4-5 weeks.Free parking lot.

We had a really great experience with The Kitchen Store and love our new kitchen. Our designer Brenda Tarvin was amazing, as was Lamar Ireland. We had some custom needs and The Kitchen Store came up with custom solutions. Even when a few things went wrong (the cabinet company made some mistakes - not the Kitchen Store), Brenda and Lamar went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were taken care of. Don't let the exterior fool you! The Kitchen Store has ALOT of choices when it comes to cabinets (and countertops). There is also a showroom to help you come up with ideas and see how things look pieced together. We used Kenny Legaux to help us CREATE our kitchen. We saved a ton of money NOT hiring a designer. Kenny has a program that allows you to design your kitchen and see it first hand. Walls, appliances, doors, windows, etc. are easily moved around so you can visualize what your kitchen will look like upon completion. Kenny is extremely patient and open to many ideas, but will also add his personal opinions when asked. He is not pushy or rushy or bossy. Our cabinets were delivered within the time frame told to us. One cabinet was accidently dropped and split during delivery but Kenny had it replaced within the week. We are very happy with both the design of our kitchen and the cabinets that we purchased. I would highly recommend that you, at the very least, go visit the Kitchen Store and take a minute or two to talk with Kenny. You won't be disappointed!Stephany Olson & Victor Espino

I am very pleased with the kitchen cabinets I ordered from The Kitchen Store.I added a few cabinets to a kitchen that was designed and installed 4 years ago.The new cabinet doors were not matching the existing ones in terms of texture, and the company agreed to reorder the doors. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the new doors, but they were a perfect match to the ones I ordered 4 years ago. It's great to know that you are doing business with a company that one can relay on years later and that values customer satisfaction. The kitchen designer I worked with was Cynthia Pedigo and she is the best.

We needed a new kitchen and bathroom, but we really didn't know where to start. I came to the kitchen store because my mom said they had a nice showroom. They did have a nice showroom, and they also had Kenny L. Kenny was fabulous. He worked with me and my husband the entire way through, answering all of our (many) questions and creating a beautiful layout that worked with our budget. He even had a program on his computer so you could see what your kitchen could look like and play around with different layouts.If you have ever redone any part of your house before, you know that there are often delays; this wasn't the case with the Kitchen Store. Everything was extremely well made and ready to install right on schedule! We were both very pleased with the quality of the drawers (solid wood with soft closures) and doors. We visited several kitchen cabinet stores prior to our remodel, and the Kitchen Store had the best selection, the most helpful staff and the best price. Do not hesitate, you will be so happy with your new kitchen or bath!!
