We remodeled our kitchen recently and Cynthia Torres got us up and running quickly and professionally. Both my fiancé and I had no idea where to begin and our contractor put us in touch with Cynthia. She was patient with us as we met with her a few times to finalize the design; never made us feel rushed. From there we worked with our contractor and our kitchen ended up looking like a designer completed it. We highly recommend Cynthia and The Kitchen Store - very helpful and professional.

Cynthia Torres and the Kitchen Store are just amazing. The store itself is very welcoming and comfortable and has great displays and inspires ideas. We had done a less expensive ADU project with Cynthia and now a few years later have done our main house. Everything on both houses came out beautiful and delivered on time and met our expectations and needs. Our contractor keeps commenting on how what a pleasure she was to work with and how professional she is. Cynthia is the best and knows my taste better than I do. She was great mediating between me and my husband. She has excellent design sense, very professional, very responsive, reliable, and so tolerant of our ever-changing minds. What’s great that she also helps coordinating with products that they will not be selling us like the floors or the countertops. I couldn’t imagine buying the cabinets without seeing how they went with the countertops which they also have at the store. She also did not try to upsell us. If anything we kept asking for other items that we saw in the store that we liked, for example the floating shelves with lights beneath them. I really learned a lesson watching her, about patience and serving others. You will be very happy if you use her and the Kitchen Store for your project.

A big shout out goes to The Kitchen Store and especially to our Kitchen Store consultant Blanca Moran. Blanca was simply amazing to work with on our recent kitchen remodel.

The main expertise of The Kitchen Store is cabinets, but Blanca helped with our whole remodel. When we first went to The Kitchen Store, we had a general idea of what we wanted, and Blanca made it all come together. She asked good questions to understand our needs, pointed out to us different options, and was very patient with us as we made our decisions. She is truly knowledgeable about the process, offered opinions on a variety of items but left the final decision to us. She has great insight into what works and what does not work. Not only did she help us in picking out the cabinets, but we ran by her color options for paint, backsplash styles, countertop types, and even cabinet hardware.

She was always very responsive, detailed oriented, and just a nice person to work with!

We had such a pleasant experience with Blanca and The Kitchen Store that we went back to them (and Blanca) for an additional cabinet that we later had installed in our living room.

I Purchased a bathroom vanity and bathroom cabinet. The sales rep Sharron was such a great help. I didn’t know a lot about renovating a bathroom and Sharron was so knowledgeable, patient and professional. I asked a lot of questions and it took multiple visits for me to make a decision on my purchase and Sharron was the best throughout the entire process.

Excellent experience with Sharron at the Kitchen Store when we recently replaced our kitchen cabinets. She guided us through the process with care and patience and lots of great design ideas plus worked to helped us stay in sight of our budget. been a builder \contractor 40 years ! been using the kitchen store the last 8 ! they have supplied me with at lest 10 sets of kitchen and bath cabinets also some very custom needs and alterations ! they know there products very well and great help when things are tight or need alterations ! and quick to respond !

I have been working with Victoria Torres @ The Kitchen Store for 12 years and 2 remodels and could not be happier with the customer service and the product quality.
12 years ago I was doing a full house remodel on a tight budget. I had spent almost 6 months researching and getting quotes, and evaluating both vendors and cost of cabinets. I was finaly ready to buy and had a quote for $18,000 but something told me to check one more place. So I went to The Kitchen store with my quote and my needs where I met Victoria. Within 15 minutes she had improved the price by over $3000, but more importantly, the way she engaged with us made the whole transaction so much better.
The guidance through the whole process was outstanding and the result was amazing, my wife was over the moon.
In the ensuing 10 years there were minor things that needed attention like soft close hinge replacements and other warranty issues that were handeled quickly and efficently.
Two years ago my wife and I, for some reason, decided to buy a home that needed to be completely remodeled (rebuilt) and my contractor demanded I use his custom cabinet guy. Well after firing him, and hiring a new contractor, I called The Kitchen Store and fortunately Victoria was still there.
So again my wife and I have placed our kitchen in her hands.
Victoria and the Kitchen Store have been absolutely incredible to work with. Thru the supply chain issues and price increases, and the City of LA delays and permitting issues the kitchen was the least of our concern, again handeled with professionalism, and top of the line customer service.
Look, how many times do you remodel a kitchen? I will likely never need to purchase an entire kitchen full of cabinets, but you can truly bet on the fact that there is no one I will ever recommend other than The Kitchen store and more specifically Victoria Torres.

Chuck - We are very happy of your design efforts. The results are coming together nicely although the project has been slow due impart to Covid and to the fact that it is only that Vic and I are the only ones working on this project. We will need another cabinet for over the range because we have decided on a range hood that will attach to the bottom of the cabinet. Once again I had the pleasure of sourcing cabinets through The Kitchen Store for my latest design/build project in Playa Del Rey.
This time around I worked with Chuck who is a gentleman and savvy designer. Chuck is very conscientious and devoted a good amount of time to assure our configuration was the best it could be. Of course, with high-end, custom jobs, the devil is always in the details; and, we're always faced with unforeseen challenges. In addition, the manufacturers don't always get things right, or stuff gets damaged during shipment, or something extra is needed last minute. In this regard, The Kitchen Store steps up - offering full support and accepting that "everything is urgent."
The Kitchen Store is my go-to vendor for all of my high-end cabinetry needs. I appreciate that they are team players and take responsibility when the "mistake" is on them.

I came to the Kitchen Store to purchase cabinets. I had no idea what I was doing for a Kitchen remodel for a new home. Cynthia explained the different cabinets, countertops and fielded all my novice questions in thorough detail. I purchased the cabinets and the delivery came on time without any hiccups. I didn’t know of any contractors that could install cabinets so Cynthia referred my to Kevin Lynch. Kevin is a very thorough and professional general contractor. He met with me, started demo and finished within 2 months at a reasonable cost while keeping me in the loop with a weekly detailed scope of work. We are now finished with our kitchen remodel and I could not be any happier. I am so thankful I had the pleasure to work with Cynthia and Kevin for our Kitchen remodel. I was recommended to go to the Kitchen Store by my neighbor. He suggested I ask for Chuck. He did not disappoint. He has great design skills. He is extremely patient. We bought some beautiful Rustic Hickory cabinets from The Kitchen Store. Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She gave us great advice on how to get through the process of deciding what was best for us. I even called to ask what a couple of the boards were and how to use them. She knew exactly what they were and gave me options on how I could enhance my crown molding using them. I couldn’t be happier.

We were incredibly pleased to work with Ann from The Kitchen store. She designed a beautiful and extremely functional quality kitchen for us, and we couldn’t be happier. From our first meeting, Ann has been fantastic. She is diligent, very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Within hours she had provided us with renderings of what our space could look like, and a meeting or two later, the design was finalized, and the cabinets were ordered. She was very skilled in utilizing the kitchen design software and was flexible regarding design modifications.

One of the things that impressed us most was Ann’s ability to understand our desire for a chef’s kitchen and find creative ways to get us that. She came up with some innovative ideas for our smaller sized kitchen like adding a walk-in pantry. She listened to our ideas and helped us find the perfect match for our style and needs. I love her straightforward manner and honest opinions. We really were blown away with the quality of service, her attention to detail and the extraordinary customer service.

Her follow through was fantastic and she came to our house multiple times to work with the contractor to make sure the implementation was followed to plan. She invested a tremendous amount of time working with us over the course of months to make sure all the details of the design were right and she was always available when we had a questions.
